Cancellation Fee: Fair Policy: A fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, allowing us to offer your slot to another client. Emergency Considerations: We understand emergencies occur. If you have an urgent reason, please reach out to discuss. Provider Cancellations: Our Commitment: In the unlikely event we must cancel, we'll notify you ASAP and reschedule at your convenience or issue a full refund.
